What about if we narrow it down to Favourite Live Punk Album? I just saw someone claim that Stiff Little Fingers Hanx is a credible contender I still love that first Live at the Roxy album but will have to give it proper consideration before coming up my definitive... Favourite Live Punk AlbumWhat about you?
'Hanx' is just amazing, especially 'Johnny Was' but it's a total blast from beginning to end. The Subs 'Crash Course' too. Angelic Upstarts 'Live . Thats just off the top of my head. There are loads.

if we are talking Punk Rock, the four disc 999 Bay Area Homicide is fave for me. 4 complete sets, straight off the mixing desk with no studio over dubbing/enhancment, from tours they did on the West Coast of America circa 1979/80 Of all the first wave UK bands, 999 toured the US more comprehensively than pretty much any other band... playing the smaller 'Hick Towns' as well as the bigger cities. Nick Cash really should write a book about what they encountered.

...there is a bootleg of that, that is extended, most of their set. I remember that by the time the 'Smell Of Female' was released The Cramps were a really BIG band. ACE records must have sold that by the tonnage. Psychobilly was the new kid on the block and fashion had finally caught up with The Cramps. They could pack out really big venues like the Brixton Academy and Punks, Goths and Psychobillies, all dug'em

Marley at the Lyceum gets bronze Hawkwind's Space Ritual the Silver Jerry Lee Lewis backed by the Nashville Teens at Hamburg's Star Club in 1964 gets the Gold though. A truly astonishing record.

As for Punk, I think it would largely all be bootlegs, Clash in Jamaica comes to mind.
