The first LA punk group that popped into my head were X and a quick flick through their albums revealed that number 16 is Wild Gift... I was all set to look up Dils, Germs, Avengers too Alas I cannot think of one Chicago punk group - anyone able to help? It's cover number 10 above Probably name checked here... punkdatabase.com/wiki/TimelineGot to be honest I didn't realise Chicago had much of a punk scene

Yes, 16 is X. Chicago produced some amazing bands that have provided some essential listening... but i'm not going to name them yet. If you know anything about Punk Rock from the Windy City, then number 10 is easy peasy!
