Quite something though, sending a tweet from the club's official account. If you’re going to cry corruption you need to be able to stand it up. Forest aside. The English game is pretty corrupt. The average fan just buries their head in the sand. Whether it will ever get blown open, like the Post Office, tainted blood scandal etc, who knows? Italy and Scotland demoted big teams down the leagues. Have the FA got the balls to do that or are they in cahoots with the real crooked clubs?

The issue with City is there's just so many charges levelled against them that it's taking ages just to work through them - and of course City have virtually unlimited wealth so will contest every decision with an army of the best lawyers in the world, as UEFA discovered Still I'm sure the charges will be bought eventually as one look at their books make it obvious (for example) that the sponsorship deals are vastly inflated when compared with all other clubs in the divsion. Probably just the tip of the iceberg too. What other clubs do you think are crooked? Chelsea? Others?

Good night for the Gunners
I'm off to see Albion v City on Thursday - not expecting any kind of upset but would love to see it
Injuries and a lack of squad depth have totally derailed Albion's season
Before the match I'm going to see a Jamie Reid exhibition

Before the game Poch said: "We are not solely reliant on Cole Palmer."

I'm off to see Albion v City on Thursday - not expecting any kind of upset but would love to see it Injuries and a lack of squad depth have totally derailed Albion's season Last night was woeful. Getting beaten by City is par for the course, but the lack of fight and any sense of a plan is a concern. The vibe round me was that the season cannot end soon enough with most unable to see where Albion pick up ayy more points (though I’m optimistic with home games against Chelsea and Man Utd still to come 🤠). Injuries have been a big factor but do wonder if the players were unimpressed by all RDZ’s public expressions of dissatisfaction. Something feels wrong Not seen the TV coverage of that "foul" that led to the free kick for the second goal but looked like yet more blatant big team bias to me. Foden just fell over?

Looked like Brighton players were thinking about their summer holidays to me. Foden very cleverly/cynically let his foot dangle so there was contact. Wouldn't have been given in the lower leagues.

^^ Great articles and letters. I am honestly indifferent if Forest stay up or go down. Last night I watched QPR v Leeds, no VAR and the game flowed effortlessly. Rangers staved off relegation with a thumping 4 nil win, would/could that happen with say Luton v Arsenal? Probably never. No level playing field in the PL, in fact it's small clubs kicking up a steep incline with a force ten gale in their faces.

As a Leeds fan I've thoroughly enjoyed this season, and would happily not have them go up.
