An influence on a certain lead singer ?
I was listening to bits of Neu! last night sounded very interesting. I have a Can best of but don't remember thinking much of it. I like bits of Tangerine Dream

I think "punk" vocals really started with Anna Meek of Catapilla:

i Know that Nicky Garrett from the UK Subs is very big on Krautrock, and of course it's been well documented about Lydon being a fan. But also the work of Peter Hammill influenced some of the early Punk bands...

I've loved Nadir's Big Chance since hearing Lydon play Peter Hammill on Capital Radio and then picking up the single on a whim

...over the years i've come appreciate the links between Krautrock/Peter Hammill/Doctors Of Madness/Brian Eno and Punk/Post Punk
