Bought this ‘rare’ book at a show a few years ago and had it signed by the man himself. It’s very metaphysical in a way and quite vividly describes awful situations and feelings of isolation, pain and disease. Some of the stories are more stream-of-consciousness than others and the wording can be overly pretentious at times which makes the already alienating book seem even more so. It’s only few dozen pages long so if you’ve got a better attention span than me you can probably read the entire thing in an afternoon.

Gotta say your review does not really sell it to me There’s a copy going for £200 on eBay if you want to suck it and see, lol! I’ve enjoyed it in small doses but I love Michael Gira’s work so I tend to be more taken by his output than most.

Don't think I'd read the book much as I enjoy his output. Prefer the stuff with Jarboe than the early "noise" Swans.
