Manny Corchado's Pow Wow is tune that has become quite popular at Northern Soul nights and I can quite see why. It would get me high kicking and back dropping despite not being an obvious choice....

In my late teens, I used to be able to backdrop, arresting my fall with my left hand and pushing back up with my right. The very thought of doing that now, I would be in A&E for a fortnight.

Yes, me too. I was harking back to an earlier time. I have been to recent soul events and seen some pretty old people who can still do it though. Maybe not over 60s but certainly people not that much younger
