^^ My gym changed the format of circuit training when they started up after the pandemic and I put my back out.
It turns out my back was out in more than one place which was affecting my running.
I've been seeing this guy for 20+ years, ex-rugger player, built like a tank, picks me up and bends me back into shape, total miracle worker.
