Rip It Up and Start Again

I liked that book, but two things I recall that jarred at the time were Reynolds dismissal of The Cramps as some sort of unworthy ghouls. On the other hand, I had the impression he didn't appreciate The Fall either but skirted around the issue and dealt with them very briefly without making any real judgement. Yet The Fall loom pretty large in that trailer. Maybe Reynolds problem with both bands is that they were clearly still rock and roll, unlike some of the other more experimental bands
