Half Man Half Biscuit

Incidentally, I have a vague memory of seeing a 7" by a Liverpool punk band ( early 80's ) on - what I presume - was their own record label called 'Half Man Half Biscuit.' I always wondered if they were the earliest incarnation of what became HMHB.
