I have this on the original VHS Tape - it has no doubt been spliced up and loaded onto YouTube by a multitude of different people. Some great footage and interviews!

Yes. Good to see Jordan getting a proper interview about early Pistols gigs

...yes - but she does come across as a little bit snooty and patronising when she talks about "Out Of Towners" and "Country Bumpkins"
As someone who grew up in a dormitory town, that's a little bit hurtful.

Good point Andy. Hopefully she's revised her opinions in the intervening years

Jordan lives in Seaford which is a pretty small place
Weirdly Brian James also lives there

Wasn't the original title for this Raw Energy? I think it was renamed when it was released on DVD in 2003, although I could be wrong...
I do remember Jordan as being a bit elitist, shame really, s'not what punk's all about is it.

It's well documented as punk spread out to us bumpkins and hicks in the sticks, a lot of the London crowd declared the 'scene' dead. Scene being the operative word, nothing to do with politics or social alienation, just dressing up in outlandish garb. No wonder Roguepunk hated the place.

I think I held similar views when I was young and ignorant - and a cocky Londoner I can now exclusively reveal that it's bollocks though #breakingnews

The difference between the punk music fans and the punk fashionistas was wide though. Always had little time for the fashion types myself, even if they may have been part of the original "scene", that was effectively a one band and one venue "scene". Not sure they really cared that much for the music, just being seen at the right gigs.

Hello rogue, lovely to see you back again You really are something pal PU tells you what happened and you fall in. With music, with politics. Why don't you grow up and learn about music and life rather being a surrogate?
