How are you getting yours? Still going out on the bike now that my Circuit class has been closed for 3 months. Also, still walking whenever I can. Though I bought an exercise bike for the house and do at least 50 miles a week on that. Still pretty trim despite the beer and wine at the weekend

You've not heard of Joe Wicks?
He's a fitness person/personal trainer who puts up home workouts on YouTube
I think he's famous for his celeb clients, though I might be making that last bit up
Here's an example that he put up recently....
Not tried it myself but he's very popular

I was running, cycling and doing weights until I fell off my bike and sustained 2 fractures in my left hand. I try to do 2 hours walking a day at the moment.

Gyms and swimming pools re-open on the 14th of September in Scotland but I reckon gyms will be a major hotspot for the virus.
I can't think of a more dirtier, sweatier place than a gym for Covid to spread like wildfire.🙄

Staff will have to restrict numbers, ensure social distancing and be disinfecting all the kit every time someone finishes Exercising outside seems far wiser all round

Yes, I reckon it'll lead to a lot of problems because-lets be honest-most people under 30 don't give a feck about social distancing.
I miss my weekly circuit class but I can't see it ever working.

Could it happen outside? My local parks are awash with exercise classes

Possibly but given the weather up here we would all need water wings😀
