Bought a few of his albums this week , from the mid 70s to early 80s when he became a transatlantic superstar and something of a joke in some quarters. I've a!ways loved You're In My Heart and Young Turks. Fantastic tunes.
I never liked Maggie May and You Wear It Well though I believe those first few solo albums are highly rated.

I've got Jeff Beck's 1968 LP Truth with Rod Stewart on vocals.

Mrs RP has seen Rod the Mod at least 10 times and even has a Celtic football signed by him.
Beyond the Faces era stuff, can't see it myself. She even likes this classic nonsense.
