What's the verdict punks? PU posted this about Gary Rossington earlier in March after his death.... Probably the name won't mean much to the indie kids but the unreconstructed rockers on here will remember him as the last surviving member of Lynyrd Skynyrd. I saw their last UK gig before the plane crash that killed half of the band. As a fourteen year old just getting into live music the quarter of an hour long Freebird encore will stay with me forever. RIP I know next to nothing about them but quite like some of that Southern Rock sound |
