Dead in a North Carolina prison at 81. From 1978 until 1995 he avoided police while mailing or hand delivering bombs around the USA, which he did as some sort of protest against modern society.
He was eventually discovered in a primitive hut in a remote location. Several people died because of his actions, but his ability to remain undetected for so long gained him some admiration.
