Do you see people with these incredibly vicious looking large dogs in your area?
Of course here in Manchester I see them regularly.
Out of common decency I feel owners should muzzle their dogs in public.
But it's as though some people have these dogs to intimidate others and as a way to register their anger at how life is nowadays.
We have yet another death here. Seems Fido is usually 'soft as ice cream'. Until suddenly he isn't. And then it's too late.
