I have a couple of singles by them, including one released by a guy i know over there. There's a big influence of Mike Ness/Social Distortion in their sound.
I think the singer died back around 2008/9

This is a UK 2010 reissue on the No Front Teeth label that turned up today. I really dig it, are they worth investigating further Andy?

So far as I can make out there's only two albums (along with various singles and EPs) and it looks as though you are digging the debut which I shall be checking out too this week based on the vid you posted which reminds me a bit of Husker Du (a good thing) www.discogs.com/artist/1111581-Broken-Bottles

BROKEN BOTTLES BY GABE HART (written in 2007):For anyone that has been cringing at contemporary jock-fronted OrangeCounty punk and those who miss punk's original danger and sincere cutthroat quality can now rejoice. Broken Bottles luckily fill the gap like a stormfront covering the boring blue sky, recalling the more intense, moody days of punk rock where bands like TSOL, Social Distortion (presober cowboy era), and Shattered Faith once reigned, when eyeliner was just as much part of the uniform as your combat boots and you and your friends went grave-robbing for kicks. Telling true tales of radioactive youth and the broken homes in which they were raised, The Bottles have successfully created a goosebump-raising soundtrack for this generation's bad seed teens, as well as aging punk rockers that have been looking on in admiration at looking on in admiration at The Bottles, who have pulled off a sound they've all been trying to recapture for years. Singer/guitarist/main-songwriter Jes "The Mess" is nothing short of a greasy schizoid genius, sneering disturbing melodies over him and Jesse's brother Travis bass dogfights with Drew's undeniably diligent drumming, all resulting in a sound that couldn't have been more perfectly timed. Sharing stages with such diverse acts as drunken punk idols The Stitches to the radio-friendly mall punk of American Hi-Fi, The Bottles presence is welcomed either way if not fanatically demanded, as they possess the sought after knack of writing from the dark, sick side of suburbia but making it so damn catchy and inviting in the process.

Gabriel Hart is the guy i know, who released a Broken Bottles 7" on his Revenge Records label.
Gabe used to send me records, and even released a record by friends of mine from Bristol. A cool band called Lube. I am pretty sure i have waxed lyrical about Gabe's bands on the old TalkPunk.
Here is a nugget i uploaded onto YouTube, from his band The Starvations...

Nearly 10 years ago, he decided to get out of Los Angeles and move into the open Countryside of the Morongo Valley. Pretty sure he's not making music anymore, but has focussed on his writing.

Here's some more info about Gabriel... litreactor.com/team/gabriel-hartHave you read any of his books Andy? What did you make of it/them? I like the sound of "a literary pulp collection"... His literary-pulp collection Fallout From Our Asphalt Hell is out now from Close to the Bone (U.K.). He's the author of Palm Springs noir novelette A Return To Spring (2020, Mannison Press), the dispo-pocalyptic twin-novel Virgins In Reverse / The Intrusion (2019, Traveling Shoes Press), and his debut poetry collection Unsongs Vol. 1.
