We all love a t shirt
What are you favourite t shirts?
Describe them?
Maybe post a photo

Got a few faves, bit faded here and there. When I was putting on gigs it was a condition of contract that I picked up a free Tee from the merch stall, so UK Subs, Upstarts etc. My favourite is a Loch Ness Runrig T shirt, great Scottish 2007 holiday memories.
I'm selling official rock t shirts in the shop and they are real works of art, the Floyd/Barrett ones fly out. Great acid wash Motorhead and Sabbath one plus a Rush 2112 star logo that glows in the dark, has a ten wash guarantee!

Been buying Lucky 13 shirts recently,an American brand from California.Have to get them when they’re on sale though, can’t afford the regular price.Oldest t shirt i’ve got is a Keith Richard one I got in Amsterdam back in the 80’s.Still just about wearable!

Not really into band t'shirts but have a Discharge'Realities of War'and 7 Seconds one kicking about somewhere.
The tattier the better as I hate punk'product'.
I preferred to make my own when I was a lad. 😎

Like Rogue, I used to make my own, but I did have a Radio Birdman tee-shirt that I wore till it fell apart. The only other 'punk' tee-shirt I have ever bought is a Ramones one I bought years ago in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The brudders were big business there back then; that shirt, and variations of it, were all over town, and not made for tourists.

'Vive Le Rock' and 'Gay Cowboys' were my favourites back in the day but I've only worn plain T Shirts since about 1982

We also used to make 'anarchy armbands'out of old(red socks)and studded wristbands out of old boots. We were too poor to buy any fancy punk gear😎

One of my favourites was an old school shirt I turned into a striped shirt with a bottle of ink and a drinking straw. Looked great (or so I thought)

Which age group is it most popular with PU?

Obviously not as iconic as Ramones logo or Motorhead Snaggletooth but seems to be popular with young women. Whether they know who Barrett is, not a question I'm going to ask.
Not long back a young lady came to the counter to pay for an original Scott Walker 4. " Is this a present for your Dad", I asked. " No, it's for me." She replied indignantly. Taught me a lesson.

Wise man PU
It would be interesting to know what attracts to the t shirt though. Hard to imagine many are clued up about him, but who knows?
No way my 18 year old daughter would have heard of him, though would know of Pink Floyd
