Often the previous landlord goes bust as in the case of Whyteleafe and is bought from administrators, obviously these lower league clubs cannot afford to buy them as they operate on very tight margins and often sub 200 crowds. Looks like the new owner here made all the right noises but then backed away and refused to even negotiate a new lease. Look at this page for a sick joke. www.irama.world/location.phpComplete wankers If the bit in the "Croydon" article is true, then Steve Gerrard doesn't come out looking good either.

Lewes v Worthing last Saturday was a superb day out
The Dripping Pan is a great non league ground
Two steep terraces
Best away day I've had in a long time
Worthing won again last night and are now 13 points clear at the top of the Isthmian Premier League with 9 games left to go. The run in looks pretty kind now with only Bishops Stortford in the promotion chasing group

Been watching this doc on Dorking Wanderers - great insight into all aspects of non league
Dorking's chairman and manager Marc White is quite a character but obviously knows what he is doing as he has overseen their meteoric rise
Dorking Wanderers was established in 1999, and in a short space of time has steadily climbed the non-league pyramid from park football to the National League South
Dorking Wanderers have won nine games in a row. The run has taken them to the top of the National League South. Oxford City, meanwhile, have yet to lose away from home. One way or another, a run is coming to an end on a chilly Tuesday night at Meadowbank...

Yes, not looking good for Cray 5-0 at Worthing - v enjoyable stroll in the sunshine Not trophy today as they go for 100 points Lap of honour though and a v happy atmosphere

My lot, Cray Wanderers" look doomed to relegation with 2 to go. Huge game for the Wands tonight Doug Cray versus East Thurrock Cray just below the dotted line (Played 40 - 33 points) East Thurrock just above the dotted line (Played 40 - 35 points) Talk about six pointer - if Cray win it's game on with just one game left to play after tonight You going?
In fact the bottom three are all on 33 points so it's all to play for - and, perhaps crucially Cray have the best goal difference of the bottom four. I notice Cray were docked 3 points which could end up making all the difference. Was that fielding an ineligible player?

4-1 was the final result
It's in Cray's hands now
Those final games of the season on Saturday are going to be nail biters for the fans of the four teams vying to escape

Cray have superior goal difference so gives us a chance.

Actually, Cray have to avoid defeat and the two teams in the division below have to get no more than a point. Bloody weird system, think they are revamping League numbers this season.
