Miriam Linna was before Nick, or was he in an earlier version before her?
But anyway, Nick was a great drummer. Perfect for The Cramps
Never heard of Miriam Nick was definitely on Gravest Hits which was the first time I ever heard them, and I’ve always assumed their first release

I'd have to Google it but I recall her once playing drums for Bob Dylan.

'My favourite female drummer' Bob Dylan quote. No mention of them playing together though. Anyone?

Excellent work jsm Memory like a sieve Did she ever appear on any released recordings do we know? She appears on some demos from 76-77 released in the 2000s. But I was mistaken. The first drummer was Pam Balam, Bryan Gregory's sister. I remember reading this before. Anyway, check out the liner notes from the comp How To Make A Monster

A bit too much talking head, but this is rather a splendid little documentary about The Cramps and the central role played by Poison Ivy.
Well done that man
