So you haven't heard anything.?Well, for at least 2 seconds?🤣 Likesay, I heard them and filtered them out. I had my hands full listening to cool sounds back in the early 80's. There was plenty around. Conflict, and all those other crappy groups you're into were literally background noise to me at the time. As you name-checked me in the opening post of this thread it would be churlish of me to ignore it. I think even that stemmed from you slagging a band you've never heard on another thread. I like lots of music from lots of different eras but what I don't do is continuously berate bands who I've never heard? Why do it?Completely bizarre 🤔

^^ Likesay, I heard them and dismissed them as worthless over 40 years ago, along with countless other similar groups.
I'm sure there are plenty of clips available on YouTube to double-check this, but why waste electricity confirming what I already know?

I think Conflict had released just one EP by then which I personally think it was a great debut. Think Zeo is confusing them with the Goombay Dance Band🤣

Other examples include Bucks Fizz and Joe Dolce of 'Shuduppa Your Face' fame. Attachments:

Seeing as you're not really talking about Conflict, I'll leave you to your own bizarre musings about them.👍

Don't their album output that well, but have the early singles on vinyl.

Both were 82 but I heard 'The House That Man Built' first as I generally don't go for live EP's or albums.
The album's up until 'The Ungovernable Force' were all great but again the live side to 'Increase the Pressure'just doesn't do it for me.
'Increase the Pressure' should have been a 12" as it contains 7 songs of top drawer power punk.
The last album'There's No Power Without Control would singe yer eyebrows off at 100 yards too.
Quite hard to believe it's nearly 20 years old.
They could certainly write a tune in their day.
