...i picked up on Spizz with the two 'Energy' era singles. I really liked Athletico Spizz 80. By then Spizz had a cracking band to back him up.
This song closes their album 'Do A Runner'. At over 8 minutes long, it's a bit of an epic... but on a decent stereo, sounds AMAZING!
it's like a Post-Punk answer to Hawkwind's Silver Machine, that builds and builds with Spizz hitting some impossible high notes...

...it brings back alot of memories of that time for me. Unfortunately that YouTube upload of Airships has a 'jump' on it that kind of spoils the flow of the song.
'Do A Runner' was out of print for 34 years, in 2014 was re-released on a double CD with the Spizzles album 'Spikey Dream Flowers'
