Watched this for the first time in 30 years tonight and whilst it's a good film, it's certainly not the masterpiece that everyone lauds it to be.
A lot of needless dialogue and dare I say it...it has dated quite badly.
6/10.
Goodfellas by comparison obviously outstrips it as Scorsese's crowning glory.
