The article certainly has found a lot of people queuing up to make allegations - seems pretty damning despite his strenuous denials

Seeking professional help. Shades of Weinstein. www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-56948644The way he attempted to find out who was speaking to the Guardian by phoning some of his victims is absolutely sickening and proves he has no remorse.

Theres always been something suspect about Clarke. An egotistical wanker who was always up himself.
A bit like Robbie William's without the tattoos.

Usually certain people would defend him but as he is black it's now 'when is he gonna play the race card' And as it's the Guardian exposing him they're well and truly flummoxed.

True, it's anti racist to expose any sex offenders regardless of what colour they are.
People who are apologists for Clarke who hide behind race are as mysoginistic as Clarke himself.
Not that this is new. I mean look how many people rushed to defend Wobble when he declared his hatred for Islam in his book.

Amazing he got away with it for so long
Just goes to show (if all true) how far we've still got to ensure workplaces are safe from this kind of behaviour

Has the details of the alleged offences been detailed yet? Without playing devil's advocate there does seem a movement to include a number of very minor indiscretions in with the serious stuff over the last few years. I don't wish to excuse anything but sometimes it seems like slightly crass behaviour gets lumped in with what are actual crimes and organisations are so desperate to seem holier than though that you are guilty and careers are ruined before any evidence is provided. He seems like an utter scumbag, but the proviso of being assumed to be innocent without proof seems to have been thrown out the window. Sometimes it seems that people want to be part of movements like "me too" to a point where we are in danger of weakening the impact of real offences by lumping everything in together.

Yeah the cleaning stuff says a lot about him.
Seems to be a lot of people like this around. I remember that Justin Lee Collins being one.
