Woke up this morning to find a person I sold something to about two months ago had filed a chargeback against me putting my account six hundred pounds into debt. Does anybody have any advice? The item I sent him was digital so no tracking codes.

He’s claiming that his account got banned before he got to spend what I sold him and I’ve told him a few times that idgaf and it’s not my problem. He’s cooked up some insane bullshit about how it’s got something to do with me but none of it is sticking. |

I've never had a problem from buyers when selling anything on ebay, but I haven't sold much. I have had a number of problems with sellers, however. My experience is, it can take a while, but ebay/paypal sort it out in the end. I hope that's how it works for you

Out of curiosity Smog, what digital "product" did he buy for £600? It was for £630 and it was £700 of Amazon gift cards, he redeemed them all at the time and then claimed Amazon said they were invalid two months later when he tried to use them (?) He’s not said anything in the past couple of days |
