Stating that sub-Saharan Africans would have been unlikely to develop a technological culture without outside involvement is not "white supremacy" or "rubbish" – it is a conclusion based on evidence and extrapolation. Similarly, it is neither racist nor white supremacist to state that black people in Britain commit a disproportionate amount of crime, as that is also backed by ample evidence. You may feel that it is racist to point out such facts, but that is an entirely different debate. Maybe going over old ground here, can't remember, but if I was to point out quite correctly that nearly all white collar crime is committed by white men and then used that correct statistic to posit a theory that white men are far more likely to be criminals than women or other races then you would immediately jump on me (again, quite rightly) to say that I am ignoring the mitigating reasons such as education, access to the jobs, family background etc and just using selected statistics to prove a point that targets white men in a sexist and racist way. Access to jobs would indeed be the argument I would use: you have to be in the right position to commit that sort of crime. But where we disagree is that anyone is being "targeted" or that "selected statistics" are being used: it is a fact, not merely an opinion, that black people commit a disproportionate amount of crime in the UK. The debate is why that is the case. |

Yes, somethings just have to be commented on. The problem that pervades on here that the people creating all the contentious and racist statements often speak from a position of ignorance. It's just an interpretation of data. It's the ideas and motivation behind them that partly provide the ideas. It's all Internet bunkum and machismo. A bit like all the current nutters who do their fighting on Internet forums urging NATO to attack Russia. |

As for disagreeing with people? Well, no one else does this on here do they?
At least I'm honest when it comes to highlighting injustice rather than cuddling up to New Labour types who have the audacity to condemn the likes of warmongers like Putin after supporting the invasions of sovereign countries like Iraq, Libya and Syria.
Or even better still finding common ground with white supremacists against people who actually try to convey a quite reasonable anti racist message.
