Run twice a week ( one of which is my local park run ), now with added dog.
Walk him the remaining 5 days. Occasionally cycle, primarily off-road.
Don't drink much these days - just don't enjoy it anymore. A couple of pints at a gig. Not smoked for 16 years ( tobacco ), and 22 years ( dope ).

The wife's latest health fad is 'intermittent fasting' and she persuaded me to try it. Basically skip dinner or breakfast so you go 12 hours without food.
I'm skipping dinner. Can't say I've noticed much difference after a month.

Been skipping breakfast for years. Tend to have first meal around midday, sometimes later and also prefer an early dinner when I can. I think the benefits are largely long term and unseen. To do with cell repair etc

I only eat a breakfast at the weekend and I never really feel hungry at work.
Have put on nearly half a stone due to a lack of activity over the last 4 weeks.
Will have to get back into itπ€

Been skipping breakfast for years. F*** that s***. I can skip dinner but if there were no prospect of breakfast I wouldn't bother getting up

^During the working week I've no time for breakfast. I get up and then 20 minutes later I'm out the door.
You do get people I believe who get up early enough to have a cooked breakfast, read the paper, take the dug out for a walk, go to the gym, cycle to work and that's all before they start at 9am.
Ah, the lifestyle of the metropolitan elite'.ππ

I'd have to eat one of my feet if breakfast wasn't available.

I can't think of anything worse than smoking either fags and/or hash. I think if I smoked the former I'd be sick after one draw and the latter I would just whitey and freak out. Funny, how we reset our priorities as we get older...π€

Sounds pretty grim. I come downstairs at 8:58, log in and put the kettle on. Sometimes I have early screen meetings with people in the Far East, which could mean getting up as early as 6:58 but I can go back to bed afterwards.

Started the year off improving my diet, cutting back on alcohol and building in more exercise. After only two weeks I'm seeing improvements and am feeling a lot more energetic. Also I've lost 7 pounds in weight - happy days.

After 10 hours sat in my chair for work I thought I'd go for a brisk walk to get the heart rate up.
Slipped on some mud and broke my wrist. 4 hrs in A&E. IV morphine and Entonox for the bone setting and a box of 30mg Co-codamol to take away.
Every cloud, as they say.
