Interesting to read this section in the Damaged Goods email about orders they've sent to Europe...
....we've had a whole lot of orders turned back by customs via our shipper DPD, the paperwork is right but DPD have just decided to stop going to Europe by truck for the foreseeable future, as soon as we get the parcels returned we will ship them back out with a better courier.
It looks like BR*x*t is going to be a problem for the next few months at least, getting records in from Europe and then back to Europe is tough but we hope it should sort itself out soon...as I'm sure you guessed we did not vote for it!

Brexit is the shambles we always knew it would be but because of Covid it's becoming part of the reorganisation of the State.
Some heavy social engineering going on which they think through time we should accept and 'get used to'.
Still they can start deporting anyone they deem not'British' enough.
That was the whole idea anyway.

WARNING
If buying from a European seller on Ebay, check below the stated price and postage to see if there's small print saying plus 20% VAT. I just saw a good lot of indie/punk lps at a decent price then just before I committed to buy,the VAT figure popped up. Bailed out. I've been dealing with mainland Europe for years and this is the first time this has happened.

The main idea was to get rid of pesky regulations and standards so the robber barons could swindle and exploit more effectively. The prejudice angle was how they sold it to the uneducated plebs. ...but like the Murphy's, I'm not bitter

Eurovision. UK null point. Add that with the facts that English teams are dominating Europe and we have jabbed more of our populace, they really don't like us do they. And now my Peugeot is playing up, fine up till end of last year....fuckers.

Måneskin - Zitti E Buoni - ItalyI've just searched out the UK entry and it is total shite... James Newman - EmbersI often wonder why we don't put some crowd pleaser forward - someone like Ed Shearan or one of those types What are the criteria for participation? In the old days it was big names who we put up (Sandie Shaw etc)

Probably a dislike of English and English language music ruling the world. ind you, have to go back to Abba since I heard one I liked.

This was the first Eurovision I'd watched in years, and it's certainly changed. It used to be mostly terrible old-fashioned pop with the occasional gem. Now it's all a bland mishmash of dance, pop, rock and rap styles – none of it bad enough to be truly cringe-inducing; none of it good enough to qualify even as mediocre. I thought the Italian entry, which went on to win, was marginally better than the other performances, but the margin was so small as to mean very little. The UK entry seemed entirely average compared to the other songs, so I suspect the voting was indeed politically motivated. But given the sheer homogeneity of 90% of the entries, you couldn't really vote on any other basis.

We should have sent Tommy Robinson along with a song called 'Up Yours Johnny Foreigner' There's only one viable solution The KLF & Extreme Noise Terror reunite complete with machine gun and dead sheep.... The KLF & Extreme Noise Terror - 3am Eternal (Brit Awards 1992)
In 1992, the KLF brought a machine gun, a dead sheep and a vegetarian punk band to the Brit Awards. Things only got stranger from there.
