Plant based recipes and ideas

I use peanut butter often in stir fry's and curries. I prefer the crunchy type as it evaporates giving the vegetables that creamy taste but you get the added bonus of the small peanut bits. A cheap Aldi/Lidl brand is just as good as Sunpat or Whole Earth.
