Glastonbury 2023 tickets take an hour to sell out after 'technical problem'Tickets for Glastonbury 2023 took twice as long to sell out as people all over the world tried to get their place at the festival next year. Tickets went on sale this morning (6 November) and took one hour to sell out, roughly thirty minutes more than usual. Many fans reported the site crashing as they tried to get tickets, leading organisers to apologise for a "technical issue". Coach tickets went on sale on Thursday (3 November) and sold out in just 22 minutes. all got silly, you have to have quotas now of women or ethnic bands/films/actors or have damn good excuses why not. Talent will rise and the record buying public will pick what they like. Bugger all to do with misogyny or racism. If there's an underground "drill" gig or MOBO ceremony occurring I doubt there will be many white boy indie bands playing those, either. Then again, things like Glastonbury are to me the EPL of music, I'd rather shoot myself than attend. |

Both my late teen/early 20s children going for the second year running
Volunteering on the Kidz Field for 6 hours per day which gets them a free meal at the Workers Cafe and a good camping spot. They are there for a week again. They bloody lahve it

They are there for a week again. They bloody lahve it The wife and I are doing wristbands at Boomtown. 2x 6 hr shifts > free crew pass + premium camping. TBH it would be less effort to pay for a ticket and we can afford it but it's nice to feel involved. |
