Naw, McManus isn't my bag at all. The others I don't mind.😃 Back then he was on fire and was an incendiary live performer Some bill eh? I would have loved to have seen that gig, EC in his Angry Young Sod phase and an emerging JCC ripping the piss out of all and sundry. Hell I can take or leave.
EC covered Love Comes In Spurts on some bootleg or another in 1977/78...

I only went once to Barberellas, Secret Affair ffs. Massive fight between mods and ska types.A regular occurrence apparently no matter who was playing. If you didn't speak with that Brummie drawl you were a possible target. The Photos wrote a song about their sadness at its eventual closure, lot's of others said good riddance.

To Be Announced have been going for years and have played countless venues and I've still not got round to seeing them. Seriously though, The Saints. One band I missed out on.

Tough call, lots of great stuff there. I'll pick The Adverts if I can only pick one.

If you click on the clipping you will see Gloria Mundi above the Adverts. One of the first punk/goth bands, fabulous single called Fight Back but didn't get any traction and it was all over in less than two years, shame.

Only a choice of two events this time - but both are pretty tasty
What you going for?
You have to click on the link to see the second night line up
Or I can just tell you...
Eater/Banshees/Wire (£1.25)
OR
