Presumably the Sun and their lawyers have thoroughly examined all the evidence given to them by the crack user being given thousands by this individual.
So why hasn't he been named ??

There is a picture of the alleged perpetrator which relates to the second Sun article. The Internet is divided on its authenticity. I'll put it up if the moderator OK's it.

The ex Sun hack Kevin O Sullivan said on his radio show that he knows who it is and we're going to be staggered.
I keep seeing two names in particular.

Yeah, one name in particular seems to be mentioned on Twitter but it'll be out there soon enough Isn't it just photos? Obviously still reprehensible

It is getting pretty complicated... www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/uk-66147560...esp with the young person at the centre of the allegations sending a denial to the Sun newspaper on Friday evening, before publication, by WhatsApp, to tell them the statement their mother made about them was "totally wrong and there was no truth in it"

Odd. Maybe he's been paid off.
The Sun is gonna look really stupid unless they have solid evidence. I can't believe they have left an open goal like this even if they just wanted to land a punch on the BBC.

There's now speculation that nothing illegal has taken place with some reports stating that Met police detectives met BBC management about the issue and the Met concluded there was "no investigation at this time"

The family need to get their stories straight... In the BBC's update on the situation surrounding the allegations against one of its "household name" presenters, its director general Tim Davie said the corporation had been asked by police to "pause" its investigation.
He assured reporters the claims were being taken "extremely seriously" and the BBC had protocols for managing complaints.
We've heard lots of people - perhaps predictably - hitting out at the BBC, but a communications professor at the University of Westminster said he was "slightly bemused" that so much focus was being put on the corporation.
Speaking to Sky News, Steve Barnett pointed out the BBC receives hundreds of complaints a day, and the newly released timeline showed they asked for more detail from the family of the young person but did not get a response.
"They then tried the phone number the complainant had given them a week later and the phone number didn't connect," he added.
"It's difficult to know... what else they could have done under the circumstances."
He added he was "struggling" because the young person at the heart of the story has said nothing inappropriate took place.
"The family are not at one with this, and I think we have to be very careful about jumping to conclusions and making judgements." news.sky.com/story/bbc-presenter-claims-latest-police-contacted-over-explicit-image-allegations-as-corporations-boss-says-star-entitled-to-privacy-12917955?postid=6159935#liveblog-body
