Where do you get this stuff PU..bloody hell! Will anyone buy it? I'm tight with a guy who does house clearances and I get offered collections on a regular basis. Almost everything sells eventually, right person, right time. The slow to sell obscure stuff gets moved on to Vinyl Tap, they sell all over the world. I once had some incredibly rare folk psych lps in, gathered dust for years. Vinyl Tap took it and sold them in a week At least you get rid of them. Do they go for much?

XL Capris - Skylab
The NASA space station Skylab needed a re-boost in 1979 but there was no time to do it and it was announced it would crash back to Earth. There was a lot of concern that it would land on some major city, like Sydney. It ended up mainly in the ocean but bits of it did hit a remote region of Western Australia. The good news was that the XL Capris were inspired to write and record this song. It was played on the radio at the time but only appeared on vinyl in 1985 on the comp Why March When You Can Riot?

Lunchmeat had the bones of a good band and they create such a great sound here and I have very fond memories of this EP. Another early DC classic👍
Bobby Sullivan went on to sing for the more funkier Soulside

GI started as a fast and furious hardcore band(which I love)but this wasn't good enough for John Stabb and like Husker Du, they moved on.
