Thanks for that I’m fascinated by this stuff I would say millions of people are on it in Britain. Because of the poor diet most people have in Glasgow I'd say that at least half the population here take it!!

Probably be cheaper to give away fruit and veg free than the amount it costs for the NHS to give out all the medicines

Probably be cheaper to give away fruit and veg free than the amount it costs for the NHS to give out all the medicines I think that's been tried but other than a few pilot schemes it didn't really get anywhere. Lung cancer is one of the biggest killers in Scotland with a lot of people lucky if they reach 60. What's the solution? Fuck knows to be honest😕

I've had the Noravirus yet again this weekend. Seem to get it every year lately.
I wonder if it's anything to do with being a trainee coffin dodger.

I've got a chest infection which has had me virtually bed ridden for 3 days. Shivers, coughing up mucas (or flem as we call it), aches, pains etc.
Can't even get out of bed without shivering. Testing for Covid but negative. Horrible feeling.

There's a lot of it about at the mo, me and Mrs M have both had a chest infection and covid over the last fortnight.

He thinks it's Parrot flu and not a chest infection. I had my flu/covid jag which was meant to prevent it but nothing is foolproof obviously. We've always spelt it flem so maybe it's a Scottish variation of phlegm. That or I can't spell.😄

Mrs Roguepunk didn't get it until at least 3 days after me. Definitely had plenty of exposure to it from her I do get out and about a lot though, so crowded gigs, pubs etc. so wonder if my immunity is constantly getting topped up? Dunno. I've only had it once and then no symptoms. That time I only knew I had it as I did lateral flow and PCR test - felt absolutely fine though, so that could have happened again? I only tested once whilst she had it as we are don't have many lateral flows left

Myself too. We're out and about as we were before Covid.
The doc said that flu just now is more prevalent but how can you avoid getting it?
Still feel a bit ropey but just have to wait until the steroids and antibiotics kick in.

Just have to wait until the treatment kicks in 😃 I started feeling not well the middle of last week when I was off work but thought it was just a cold but it's got progressively worse since Friday. Aye, glad to see you back on your feet. My heads bursting because I've been coughing so much😕
