^ There was a kitschy covers band in Australia in the 1980s called Chunky Custard that used to do that song. I looked them up and they are still going with a lot of new members. They call themselves Australia's No. 1 Show Band. They played dodgy inner-city pubs when I saw them.
Meanwhile, it might be obvious but what about this? I don't think this was the version used in the original TV series, but Neal Hefti did write the thing after all;
